I have worked in multiple gyms after dropping out of school during advanced level classes. I was blessed with the opportunity to train, meet and talk to many different and amazing people, serving as a strength and conditioning coach at my own school. I worked with bodybuilders, powerlifters, school and full-time athletes, complete beginners and patients under medical guidance - helping them improve strength, fitness and overall health step by step.
I started online coaching once I kept procrastinating this opportunity amid many of my client requests. The reason I did that was that I was not confident enough - I don't have many pictures of me training another. It's just me. But here I am, ready to help you reach your goals safely and realistically.

Online 1-on-1 Coaching
Full online coaching with daily check-ins, workout tracking and nutritional guidance. A personalised workout plan, nutrition plan and program tracking sheet - all managed through messages and video calls.
A detailed workout plan based on your experience, goals and weekly schedule. You can choose your preferred training style - full body, PPL, push/pull, or anterior/posterior.
Flexible and sustainable plans based on your goals, budget and lifestyle. Includes food alternatives so you can enjoy your meals while still making progress.
Performance training designed for youth and school athletes to improve strength, speed, power and overall performance while reducing injury risk. Can be coordinated with school coaches when required.
Programs focused on safe recovery, improving mobility and restoring strength after injury or long periods without training. Suitable for beginners and athletes alike.
Important: Programs will only be created after complete payment is confirmed. Filling the questionnaire does not guarantee service until payment has been completed. What's the difference between 1-on-1 coaching and a standalone plan?
With 1-on-1 coaching you get the full package: a custom workout and nutrition plan, daily check-ins, progress tracking and ongoing adjustments throughout the month. Standalone plans are a one-time, detailed program built around your goals, but without the month-to-month coaching relationship.
How do I pay, and when does my program start?
Once I've reviewed your application form, I'll reach out on WhatsApp with payment instructions. Your program only begins after full payment is confirmed. Submitting the form alone doesn't hold a spot.
How long until I receive my plan?
Most custom plans are delivered within 48-72 hours of payment confirmation. The more detail you put into your form, the faster and more accurate your plan will be.
Can I cancel or get a refund after my plan is ready?
Because every plan is built from scratch for you personally, refunds aren't available once work has started. See the Refund Policy below for full details.
Can I share or resell my plan?
No. All plans are for your personal use only. Sharing, copying or reselling any program content without permission isn't allowed.
I have an injury or medical condition - can I still sign up?
Yes, but please get clearance from your doctor first if the condition is serious. The Rehab & Flexibility plan is specifically designed for recovery situations. All plans are fitness guidance, not a substitute for medical advice.
Do you coach clients outside Sri Lanka?
Absolutely. Coaching is available worldwide. Live video calls may not always work across time zones, but form-check videos, feedback and check-ins are all handled through WhatsApp or wherever you're comfortable.
What equipment do I need?
Just the basics, nothing fancy required. Equipment is flexible and we can work around what you have. We'll sort out the specifics when we connect after your application.
How do check-ins work for 1-on-1 coaching?
Check-ins happen via WhatsApp, or whichever platform suits you. Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger are both fine if you'd rather not share your number.
What language is coaching available in?
Coaching and plans are available in English and Sinhala.
Can I upgrade from a standalone plan to full coaching?
Yes. If you want to step up to monthly 1-on-1 coaching after getting a standalone plan, just reach out and we'll get you set up. The full coaching fee applies going forward.
